Tell the crew exactly what was specified — without handing them a price.
Flag any estimate line item, write the specification once, attach photos, and hand your field crew or QS a clean PDF of exactly what was flagged. No dollar figure anywhere on the page — and now readable straight off a phone on site.

Tick the S column, write the spec, attach a photo — done
Every line item on a native estimate gets an S column. Tick it for a benchtop finish, a fixture brand, an install detail — anything worth spelling out for whoever's actually on site — then write the specification once on the deal's Specifications tab. Everything saves automatically as you type, exactly like the Estimate tab it sits alongside.
- One flag, wherever you need it. Flag or unflag an item any time — before it's sent, after it's accepted, even mid-job — without touching its price.
- Grouped and photographed. Every flagged item sits under its category with its own write-up and as many PNG/JPEG photos as it needs, reordered up or down within that category.
- The S column is a real shortcut. Click the header from the estimate grid and it jumps you straight to the Specifications tab — no hunting for the right tab.

Hand it to field crew on their phone — never a dollar figure in sight
Download a specification PDF and it's exactly the flagged write-ups and photos, grouped by category, with your business letterhead and nothing else — no pricing anywhere on the page. Because it can never leak a price, Field accounts can open the Specifications tab directly on their phone, the same read-only view office staff see, so the crew never needs office access just to check a finish.
- Price-free by construction, not by convention. The PDF and the tab both carry the write-ups and photos only — there's no price field to accidentally include.
- Field crew read it straight off site. A read-only Specifications tab is part of the Field account view — no separate login, no asking the office to print it out.
- Folds into the client quote too. Turn on the Specifications block in a quote template and the same intro and write-ups appear in the client's quote PDF — still price-free.
