Fair questions

How does payment work?
Plans are billed monthly by card through Stripe. You pay when you sign up and your plan is active immediately — no invoices to chase, no setup fees.
Can I change plans later?
Yes — upgrades and downgrades happen in Settings → Billing and are prorated automatically by Stripe, so you only ever pay for what you use.
What happens if I hit a limit on Solo?
Nothing breaks and nothing is deleted. When you reach a cap (staff users, portal clients or open deals) the app simply asks you to close something out or upgrade before adding more. Won and lost deals never count against the open-deal cap.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from Settings → Billing. Your plan runs to the end of the paid period and doesn't renew. Your data stays yours.
Do you offer discounts?
Promo codes are entered at checkout — if you have one from us, it just works. Get in touch about annual pricing.
